On 8 December, the Church commemorates the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of Mary.

The church of Nossa Senhora da Conceição Velha, will celebrate this Solemnity with special devotion. 

Between November 29 and December 7, will be held the Novena of Our Lady Conception.
